Why is it twice slower as the AGP part ?

This is on a G550, Celeron 1200, 512MB PC100, i815ep :

    60000 reps @ 0.0168 msec ( 59500.0/sec): 500-pixel line

    30000 reps @ 0.0488 msec ( 20500.0/sec): 500x500 rectangle outline

    10000 reps @ 0.1083 msec ( 9230.0/sec): 500-pixel circle

      7000 reps @ 0.1486 msec ( 6730.0/sec): 500-pixel filled ellipse
