SSL only: Yes. Fallback: No, posible by configuration. Mixture: Yes. (Unavailability: No, don't want to DOS myself. Set it up in PAM (and nsswitch.conf)) Standard user: Yes, this is a standard UNIX user, you can set it up for samba as well. pam_ldap.conf: Yes. pam_ldap.conf is not necessary, you need it for "passwd myuser" as root. I don't know if you can encrypt it. Bind only: Yes, "anonymous" can only authenticate (if you set it up)
