Wink just works!

We have been using Wink for creating several tutorials. It just works, and file sizes are small, which is ideal for the web.

I have found that it is faster to create a tutorial using Wink, than trying to explain the differents steps to a customer over the phone.

You create the tutorial once, and you can help a lot of customers later without having to repeat yourself, and without giving customers more work.
