I don't have a CCNP, a CCIE, or an ABCD, but I understood the article, and its description of the limitations of ARP, perfectly well. Did it start out overhyping the usefullness of ARP? Maybe. But its limitations were pretty clearly mentioned. Maybe you should put down that technical training manual and pick up a book on simple reading comprehension.
