Goo... I hate it when useful technical jargon is used to name something completely unrelated. Poor solid state physics students, googling for information on <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phonon" title="wikipedia.org">phonons</a wikipedia.org>, will only find references to KDE soon.
