You might want to try Scalix. They allow you to have 25 Premium users for free. Premiun users can do group calendaring. With Outlook connector you can, as a Premium User, connect to the Scalix Server as if you are connecting to MS Exhange server. On top of that you can have unlimited Standard and Web users. They also have a Scalix community forum that you can look for help.
