I've been looking at Symphony for a while, waiting for it to reach a usable point. I really like the idea, but it would have been much better to integrate it into already existing distro's, ala icewm or xfce. I liked the new thinking. It looks like we'll be stuck with the windows/gnome/kde look for a little longer. Unfortunately.
