I have needed to do this for years... and the handful of times I searched around for a solution I came away even more confused than before.<nobr> <wbr></nobr>:)
ssh tunnels is great and all, but vnc IS overkill and has problems.
This is the exact solution I was hoping to one day find. The funny thing is I use 'screen' all the time, but never figured out this trick. Thank you!
