No Condor is NOT better than OpenMOSIX.
OpenMOSIx just doesnt support batch jobs it supports nearly all types of jobs, and you can migrate just about anything. Condor is specially built for batch jobs, and to my experience is "primitive" as compared to OpenMOSIX
