IANAL This distro is in blatant violation of the GPL. It's added a bunch of stuff like activation which if I'm right makes it an illegal distro. I don't believe you can make a distro like this and not release the source code, or even place limitations on use and activation. I would have serious misgivings of using this distro for any reason.
