have nothing to add to this but "those folks are well known for gross incompetence and being extremely arrogant here in<nobr> <wbr></nobr>.ru/.ua"; they also don't handle feedback well, especially technical criticism or pointers on their shakey legal status.<nobr> <wbr></nobr>...so... just forget about them.
