On the features page under "Best MS Windows & Linux integration" it says:
Install and run many Windows applications (see here for a list of tested applications);
And contains a link to the wine application database. It sounds like it uses standard wine, which doesn't make it any better than any other distribution.
So... $50 for a 30 day support contract sounds a bit steep. That's more expensive than RHEL on a per day basis.
It's useless if it doesn't run Windows apps
