You are wrong, as another poster has observed. You personally may not be the one doing it, but NewsForge and Linux.com take down posts that don't sit well with other people. Here is one example where I posted a complaint:

There were at least 4-5 comments making fun of the article about this free sw for kids that had homebrew directions included. Not really a big deal, which made the removal odd, and is the reason i posted before.
