Nice review - but I have to say that you forgot one vital part of the Linux-Community: KDE<nobr> <wbr></nobr>:D
First of all there is the integration into the kipi-plugins - you can export pictures to flickr from all kipi-using programs (digikam, gwenview, kimdaba). Also kflickr is worth noticing, it is a quite nice and actively developed KDE stand alone app which performs nice and does its job right.
Last but not least: isn't there a f-spot exporting function? I think it can handle flickr as well, too!
