You know, not every network needs high technical security. The biggest security factor is people. You can have a highly secure network, but people can still steal passwords and do other things that can ruin all your hard work. If you have a highly trusted office with no access to your network and no physical access to the systems by people outside your "trusted" group of people, that is sufficient. Sometimes ease of setup is much better than the false sense of security that a "more secure" network might bring.
