Notably missing from the article are minor details like it's NOT only available with Red Hat AS as the article suggested. It is also available with Windows and their own custom Linux which they call VOS.
Also notably missing is the source code. This system seems to be, from the article, a rather good fault tolerant clustering system built from GPLed Linux. Linux needs a good fault tolerant clustering system.
