After it was recently made clear that the sources must be mirrored on the distro's download repo and not simply linked to, we started including them for the development version at that time, which is now the newly released 5.8. However, this work is ongoing and not quite all the sources are there yet.
We have relatively few volunteer packagers (which also slows the sources work), so the repo for 5.8 is not as populated as that of the previous versions, but we try to follow package requests on the Forum.
