The problem is not that there is RPM & dpkg, there's an easy, automatic, way of turning a<nobr> <wbr></nobr>.rpm into a<nobr> <wbr></nobr>.deb

The problem is tha there are diffrent file layouts and diffrnet libaries installed on each distro
