All the applications created for Pardus project are under GNU/GPL - even the buildfarm itself. You can check <a href="http://svn.pardus.org.tr/uludag/trunk/" title="pardus.org.tr">http://svn.pardus.org.tr/uludag/trunk/</a pardus.org.tr> for the licensing information of Tasma, Kaptan, package manager (GUI and CLI), service manager, firewall manager, network configurator, etc.. (the list goes on).
Note that Novell has "opened" its buildfarm a few days ago.<nobr> <wbr></nobr>;-)
