Ok, so I like the settings I used in one temp directory.
All my music are in subfolders in<nobr> <wbr></nobr>/mnt/Music/
So I use
find . -name *mp3 -exec mp3gain -r -k {} \;
like suggested, and it says, "find: No match."
What am I missing?
