Pia & Sulamita just get stuck into whatever needs doing, & figure out later that many of their helpers welched on them for various reasons... & they pick up the loose ends & keep right on trucking.
That keep-on-doing-it attitude is what makes them winners, not some trivial issue like gender (although I’d expect Jeff to have a few words about that<nobr> <wbr></nobr>:-)
