k3b is wonderfull but can still improve a little.

One thing that could be enhanced is the media management toward projects:
I mean, you have to chose if you're doing a DVD or a CD (and la HD-DVD or BlueRay I suppose).
thus if you clicked on "create a data CD" and finaly, you have more than 700MB, you're stuck.

On windows, the free CD Burner XP Pro has a simpler aproach:
if there is a media in the burner, it automaticaly select the gauge with the apropriate size. Otherwise it display a 1GB gauge, growing with data.
then when you need to burn, if a media compatible with the amount of data to burn is found it's fine. Otherwise, it ask for an apropriate media.

I think it's more intuitive for the future as the number of formats are increasing.
having "Create data CD, create data DVD, create data HD-DVD or create data blueray" is somewhat useless (IMHO). / same for burn iso menu/.
