Which is exactly the problem with OpenID

The problems mentioned at the end are exactly why OpenID shouldn't be used anywhere! Why somebody invents a new protocol and standard without taking into account todays problems? OpenID is similar to SMTP, except that the later was invented in the 80's. And OpenID could have been good 30 years ago, but today?
Now we are supposed to get back managing white and blacklist, delete spammers and comments from our forums? Why? With OpenID nobody gained anything, since insecure providers (including your own), fake providers, spamming and all the rest are not addressed in any way. Sad....
