C'mon, admit it, you're talking about Firefox/Seamonkey, aren't you? All they'd have to do is fix how they handle bookmarks and history, and most of the memory problems would go away (and it wouldn't take 15 minutes to exit (on Debian, up to an hour on MS-Windows 95)).
