Sounds likes someones version of a propriatary software licence or passport. Causing more fragmentation and inaccessability. Unless anonimity and untraceability can be garenteed even by local government. You only need to ask if the system will allow total access to all acounts to me to determine if the system can be tusted and is secure. Didn't a '50s commedian say something to the effect that if anyone can gain access to your computer doesn't that mean anyone can gain access to your computer? I'd like to see some inside out thinking making a compleatly open system than uses personel filters to restrict access, and alternate absolutly separate data paths even venders (as a check and balance) to cooperate for authentification. If a transaction needs to be secure let authentification be a branch of government like the treasury department since that is what is realy at issure. If its a criminal content concern provide an interface that transits thru a local police filter making them responsible for your internet safty and any forms of censoring so they can be an active participant in your protection rather than pandering such content as a sting.
