Simply go to the <a href="http://scripts.sil.org/OFL_fonts" title="sil.org">OFL fonts page </a sil.org> and the <a href="http://unifont.org/fontguide/" title="unifont.org">Unifont.org fontguide</a unifont.org> for lots of quality and feature-rich open fonts.
You should also check the packages in your distribution as many of these open fonts are packaged and included or in the process of being packaged and included.
