The OpenBSD default is to blacklist China and Korea. My company use spamd too, and our logs show that the majority of the spam does come from those two countries. Maybe one day that won't be true, but today, it is. Maybe you should talk to the OpenBSD team about it, since they're the ones who made it the default.
