Well, we've never seen this before, and I can't reproduce it here, but I'd love to solve this mystery.
So here's what we can do. Zip up your "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\" directory and "C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Mozilla\" directory. Upload them to us via <a href="http://upload.redswoosh.net/" title="redswoosh.net">http://upload.redswoosh.net/</a redswoosh.net> and mail us the link to techsupport@redswoosh.net
Easy! done! We'll be able to reproduce, debug and hopefully fix the problem here.
