sorry george, handhelds.org _is_ a hosting service. At least thats what the developers of Opie project think and have thought. We also think it's wrong of you to try and trademark names of projects that you do not own, nor contributed to in anyway, except as host.
Imagine if sourceforge.net were to try to trademark names of projects they host.
We did not give you permission to trademark our project name, please cease and desist. Nor did we put years of work into creating a product for you.
