As far as I am concerned the biggest shortcoming ( for now) is the lack of integration between Google Calendars and the Google apps.

I **wish** I could create a Google sheet, and tie in calendar events to changes in it.

For example, lets say you want to schedule a bunch of people to tasks and meetings..
