It seems like you actually enjoy Trac. But I guess it’s not perfect. As for me, I find managing a Web application from a command line not that convenient. User management could be improved. Trac is difficult to customize. It can be hard sometimes to understand velocity, see upcoming work and move stories around.
Never stop looking for the right tool! There’s other, much better software out there. I recommend wrike.com, proved to be the best tracking system for my team. We’re practicing scrum, and Wrike really works for it.
