Little note

While Fedora and SUSE users can use JFS, they both default to ext3. Slackware, Debian, Ubuntu, and their derivatives are good choices for anyone who wants to try JFS.

But keep in mind that AFAIK JFS does not support extended attributes (XATTR) which are used in Linux for access control lists (ACL) and Fedora uses them for SELinux - so you will have to disable SELinux if you want to use JFS with Fedora.

Also JFS is not "supported" in Fedora so that means you need to manually add some parameters when booting the installer or there wont be even an option to choose this filesystem.

Also I would rather see some serious benchmarks comparing filesystems in common usage scenarios.
