You guys are nuts...i'm not saying that ALT it's better that ubuntu or openSUSE, but it's a very mature distro, in their repo you will find any program you need specially compiled for ALT, you get an update DVD every 4 month and a lot of freedom...ALT isn't a distro that is produced every 6 month, it passed more than 2 years for this version , but there isn't need of it, you just update your distro every 4 month and that's it.....
