Aim of this distro is to be non-compatible with other distributions at all so as to call it "National Operating System", which is what it called in the Turkish media. I assume this is the reason behind different package manager etc. There's nothing making PiSi more suitable for a distribution. Though RPM has "Redhat" in it, and .deb is Debian's invention but PiSi is "P"ardus invention.
