Well I've worked with several RHL clones (not RHEL, that was Red Hat Linux back then) and I only see that these were either diverging or diminishing. The latter is less obvious an outcome when cloning RH_E_L since price comes into play too, but otherwise I see no good reason for myself to use Red Hat or any of its betas (like Fedora) or the clones. If I don't like Red Hat distros for technical reasons, these aren't going to be fixed in a striving clone either so far.
