This would replace DRM - and with the metatags a creative commons work could be commercial and thus could be audited going thru an ISP. OR filtered, depending. But, all Freely usable creative commons metataged files could pass thru the ISP without any logging or audit or filter. Of course, the DMCA rules (federal) say that you can't change a file... so, the metatag assigned by the copyright owner can't be strippped off without violation of federal law (a felony with serious JAIL time). Any theft of creative commons works, by changing the permission of use, by changing meta tags so that they would slip by an ISP or filtering software, would fact JAIL time and not just a suit by the RIAA or others. Why the RIAA does not fully embrace creative commons is beyond comprehension. It makes total sense.

This softare is a great tool for enforement of creative commons works use integrity as desired by the original creative commons copyright owner.
