This is the best news I've heard in a long time! Historic even. It seems the main issue here is to educate everyone that software patents are ALREADY in grave peril. Most people, me included, believed that nothing could be done about software patents. But now having read about "In re Alappat" and "LabCorp v. Metabolite" I can see why Klemens is so confident.
