While it is OK to have MS ads and it is good to have money out of it. They are so heavy that in some cases the site itself becomes unaccessible and people turn away. An image that stays there - why not but a movie? That repeats constantly? Is it more gain or loss? Perhaps having some guidelines or policy that guides what kind of ad can be placed would be appreciated.
