He says "the only downside is there's no real support -- there's no company that supports you". There are many routes for support: 0) open source itself 1) documentation 2) source code 3) forums and mailing lists 4) the community and there are probably some consultants/companies too. He mentions most of these but somehow does equate this with Î…real support"?
