When You LINUX fanatics convert to more open ideas? I wouldn's say something like "I have collegues who have worked on DNN and they say ...." I would try it myself to find out if it can solve my problems. A great software (commercial, open source, doesn't matter) dependes on what it does not what SO it runs under. I have tried several CMS (linux and Windows based) I also have written some myself and I think Dotnetnuke has defects but anyway it's one of the best I have tried (for features, ease of use, power, support, community etc...) it is a serious enterprise wide software much better than playtoys like joomla, phpnuke... much easier to use than mammoth like TYPO 3 (Impossible to use for a normal being).
I am not for Microsoft, I use Windows and Linux both when I think one is better suited than other.
When do you try to test products by yourself insted of writing stupid pranks?
