Hell, I was blocking China and N. Korea long before I started using spamd. Pretty standard operating procedure amongst MANY professional sysadmins I am acquainted with.
One more comment for all the Postfix fanboys, I have been using Postfix since before it was called Postfix and imho spamd rocks.
