The only real issue with free software, in general, is that its producers don't bother to listen to the consumers -- the users of the software. The above quote is just another good example. There's a significant amount of people who complain that nearly no Linux application can be installed from the projects websites. But instead of fixing the problem, it's just not acknowledged.
