This was good to see, but the problem is that, most of the desktop users havent reached the comfort level with it. The vendors need to system vendors need to start supporting Linux or at least give basic software support. The second problem is that at the level normal windows users work , it will be out of their minds to understand Linux untill and unless the system vendor takes the initiative to support the user. Linux would always be good for users who hate microsoft and have a good technical instinct to understand things.
