How to convert YouTube videos to DivX or XviD

This is what happened when i tried to convert using the command flv2avi -divx <filename>.flv

MPlayer was compiled without libmp3lame support.
-lameopts is not an MEncoder option

Im a noob and i dont know what that means.

does anyone know?
