Hey - if you super glue two regular foam ear plugs (cut a hole in the middle of them) you get a very good pair of earphones that WILL NOT come out! The earphones glue to the buds and will give you very good sound. It even seems to have some base to it since it connects well to the inside of your ear - making your skull area around the ear a bass cannon...
