Great project - site lacks support or documentation (docs probably not required). Gave it a try and found that it converted some of my mp3 files from stereo to mono and left many artifacts (pops, crackles and skips) converting wma files. I think I will stick with using mplayer to encode to wav file and oggenc to convert wav to ogg file - much cleaner result with many options to tweak. Ultimately I guess I am a command line / script junkie and will probably stay that way.
