There is a line in the book Asterisk and the Future of Telephony that says "those who do get excited
about telephones get really excited about telephones."
This is so true. I didn't think I'd be into voip all that much, but once we had the asterisk server going and a few linksys phones hooked up, it was really a lot of fun to play around with. Now I want to hook a bunch of stuff up to it and script the whole thing.
