Zotero is great, I'm just starting out to write my thesis and have never liked endnote (in part because of the $$$). Zotero seems to fit my needs very well, I verified that I can import the records from subscription-only databases like ISI, and I also succeeded in adding my university's resolver - click on a reference and get the actual article, very cool. It's also quite intuitive. Thanks!
