Yes, especially since it's a management tool that can scan your hard drive instead of a database to ensure that your system is truly compatible with the software being installed. What if you want a normal user running a certain program, and only that normal user? That would make things much simpler for businesses who want a simple alternative to Microsoft-based solutions.
