If you wish to include binary blobs, you can do it yourself.' ---- I only wish the Linux kernel maintainers agreed with you -- strange as it may seem, the vanilla Linux kernel already includes plenty of binary blobs -- hence the efforts of Gobuntu and gNewSense to remove them!
